September 11 Wheels and Wings This is Osceola’s big festival. There’s an air show, old car show, craft fair, carnival, the Art Explosion (hands on art projects - way fun!), and more. Come into Mrs I’s and crochet a necklace! You don’t need to know how to crochet - all we’re going to do is make a chain - and I can show you that quick.
